We want to ensure that all residents and homeowners are prepared and protected during hurricane season. Below are important guidelines and resources to help you take the right steps before, during, and after a storm.

  • Secure All Outdoor Items: Patio furniture, planters, and decorations should be brought inside or properly secured.
  • Shutters/Window Protection: Install hurricane shutters or board up windows early.
  • Emergency Contacts: Update your contact information with the management office.
  • Evacuation Plans: Know your evacuation zone and route. Visit http://floridadisaster.org for more info.
  • Prepare a Hurricane Kit: Include water, non-perishable food, medications, flashlights, batteries, cash, important documents, etc.
